Our peptides are research-grade substances that require proper handling and storage. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity or proper storage conditions, which is why we cannot accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide photos of the damaged product or incorrect item
• Include your order number and details

We will review your case and, if approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Purity Claims

• Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase

Order Accuracy

Refund Processing

In the rare cases where a refund is approved:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. However, if your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
