All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Our peptides are research-grade substances that require proper handling and storage. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity or proper storage conditions. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No cancellations — Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
• No returns — We do not accept product returns
• No exchanges — Products cannot be exchanged

Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is visibly damaged during shipping, we will issue a refund or replacement. To qualify:

• You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage
• Evidence must include the shipping packaging and the damaged product
• Claims must be submitted promptly upon receipt of the order

Damage claims without valid proof will not be honored.

• Contact the shipping carrier directly
• File a claim with the carrier if necessary
