Your acceptance of this Agreement may be recorded by the Website (including version, date/time, IP address, and other technical information) for compliance and audit purposes. You agree that checking an “I Agree” box, clicking an acceptance button, placing an order, or otherwise indicating acceptance is the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature.

3. Customer Responsibilities and Compliance

3.1 Your Representations

By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

4. No Misuse; No Redistribution

ARG Peptides does not provide Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”), lab reports, or batch documentation of any kind. You understand and agree that:

• No COAs, lab reports, or purity documentation will be provided, whether upon request or otherwise
• ARG Peptides makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the purity, composition, or suitability of any product for any particular use
• Researchers are solely responsible for independently verifying the identity, purity, and quality of any product prior to use in research
• If documentation is required for your research, you are encouraged to submit samples to a qualified third-party laboratory for independent analysis at your own expense
• Results may vary between batches and between independent tests

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that handling research materials involves inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with purchasing, handling, storage, and use of products obtained from this Website.

7. Product Information

7.1 Product Descriptions

While we strive to provide accurate product information, we make no warranties that product descriptions are complete, accurate, or error-free, or that products will meet your particular research requirements.

8. Orders, Payment, and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by ARG Peptides. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, require additional verification, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

8.2 Payment and Pricing

• Payment must be received in full before order shipment
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment processors

9. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship ONLY to addresses within the United States
• Free shipping on orders over $150
• Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• Products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

10. Returns and Refunds

10.1 No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the nature of our products, we CANNOT accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.

10.2 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Products must be unopened and in original packaging.

10.3 Purity Guarantee

If products do not meet stated purity standards, you must provide independent laboratory testing results within 30 days of purchase. We will verify and issue replacement or refund if warranted.

10.4 Chargebacks and Friendly Fraud

IMPORTANT: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for products you have received constitutes friendly fraud and may be prosecuted as wire fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1343, a federal crime punishable by fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to twenty (20) years.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will contact ARG Peptides directly to resolve any issue with your order before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer
• Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with us constitutes a material breach of this Agreement
• Any chargeback filed against an order that was shipped, delivered, or otherwise fulfilled as described will be treated as fraudulent

ARG Peptides pursues all fraudulent chargebacks aggressively. In the event that a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, ARG Peptides reserves the right to take any and all of the following actions without further notice:

• Report the incident to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov
• Report the incident to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
• Report the incident to the United States Postal Inspection Service (mail fraud) when applicable
• Report the incident to your state Attorney General and to local law enforcement in your jurisdiction
• Refer the outstanding balance to a third-party collection agency, which may report the debt to major credit bureaus and affect your credit score
• Pursue all available civil remedies, including filing suit for the amount owed plus all related costs, fees, and damages
• Permanently ban you from placing any future orders with ARG Peptides and share fraud information with industry partners

You agree that you are personally liable for all costs incurred as a result of a fraudulent chargeback, including but not limited to: the full amount of the original transaction, all chargeback fees imposed by our payment processor (currently $45.00 per disputed transaction), collection agency fees, attorney fees, court costs, and any and all other expenses related to recovery of the outstanding debt.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARG Peptides and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will NOT be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, injuries, claims, or expenses arising from or related to:

• Misuse of products
• Failure to follow safe handling procedures
• Violations of this Agreement
• Violations of applicable laws or regulations
• Personal injury or property damage
• Lost profits, revenue, or data
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARG Peptides, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees arising from your use or misuse of products, violation of this Agreement, violation of any laws, your negligence or willful misconduct, or any injury, death, or property damage caused by your use of products.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our website and purchase of products is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information as described therein. By making a purchase, you consent to such collection and use.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and refuse orders if you violate this Agreement, we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, we suspect misuse of products, or for any reason at our sole discretion.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State where ARG Peptides operates.

15.2 Arbitration

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15.3 Limitation Period

Any claim must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after the claim arose or be forever barred.

16. Updates to These Terms

We may update this Agreement at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date and Version above. Continued use of the Website after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

17. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ARG Peptides
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent
