If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims in small claims court if they qualify, intellectual property disputes, and claims seeking injunctive relief.

Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. You waive your right to a jury trial. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
