• Free shipping on orders over $150
• Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

10. Returns and Refunds

10.1 No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the nature of our products, we CANNOT accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.

10.2 Damaged or Incorrect Products

15.2 Arbitration

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Any claim must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after the claim arose or be forever barred.
